Picking up yesterday's mail from the post office (it totally would have fitted in my letterbox, Mr Postman) anddddd it's a handwriting match to today's mail.... #letsgetcozy 🕵🏻‍♀️

Frenican I wish my mailman would stop trying to fit my book mail into my box... He folds and smashes and bends and rips the edges of my books. It's very frustrating. I'm thankful yours is in good shape! 7y

thegirlwiththelibrarybag @Frenican, my letterbox is quite good, it has the letter box itself and a tray underneath (I live in an apartment building, so there are quite a lot of boxes) which is the same size as the letterbox but not enclosed. This parcel would have fit in that part quite comfortably (as is often where I find my book deliveries) - and as it didn't require signing for, it was a bit annoying to have to pick it up at the post office. Sorry to hear about your 7y

thegirlwiththelibrarybag Book mail situation - book squishing is really not ok. You need a no bending sticker (like the no junk mail ones people often have on their letter boxes) @Frenican 7y
