pickCathy and Max both had interesting stories. Loved how they paralleled and intersected. World building was interesting, imaginative, and well-executed. Looks like a promising series to read.
I would love to live in the Ether. Not with the Fae touched families but with a Sorcerer. The treatment of women in this world is appalling.
If you like the Shades of Magic series then you should read the Spilt Worlds. It's full of magic, Fae, manners, tea and feminism.
