Three timelines and one dress reimagined for the life the brides who wore it. This switched quickly between timelines but I liked the stories in all three - 1958, 1982, 2020 and had fun reading it. ↓
I really wish Goodreads had half stars. This gets a low pick for me. It tells a multi-generational story about 3 women in 1958, 1982 & 2020 respectively. The alternating chapters are fairly short so the book goes by quickly. I enjoyed the story, but do feel it was pretty predictable and could have been a little bit better. But if you like a nice feel-good story sprinkled with historical fiction, then you will probably enjoy this. 3.5⭐️
A multi generational story about one wedding dress and love and following your truth.
I love the idea of an heirloom that is passed down 3 generations of women, each having their own meaningful experience with the dress inspired by the iconic Princess Grace Kelly‘s wedding dress. I really liked the three separate stories and how it all tied together in the end 💕
This is a “feel good” story of family, love, and tradition. Three generations of women…one remarkable wedding dress.

If you were a fan of last year‘s The Gown by Jennifer Robson, then I 100% think this book will be for you. Like that story, this centers the making of a wedding gown and is a multi-generational family story. And like that story, I absolutely could not put it down.
