pickI love Curtis Armstong, whether he's being called Booger by nerds, snorting snow in Better Off Dead, and especially as Ack Ack in One Crazy Summer. I loved listening to his childhood tales, his love for theater, and some pretty interesting behind the scenes stories, like his dish on Tom Cruise in Risky Business. The truth behind the One Crazy Summer shoot made me sad though. Loved his addition to Supernatural and all the nerdom.
Ah, Booger! I'm a huge fan of Curtis Armstrong, from One Crazy Summer to Better Off Dead, and his biography is entertaining as hell so far. Who knew that the nerds of the 60's through the 90's would finally get their time to shine? #audiobook
So my impossibly cool and thoughtful son knew how upset I was that my signed Curtis Armstrong book was destroyed by Harvey, so he tweeted him and asked him to send me a new one, which I received today, personalized as such. Amazing!

pickJust finished this wonderful memoir by one of my favorite actors. Funny, warm, introspective and a love letter to his acting career and all things nerdy. If you admire Curtis and his dedication to "nerdvana" pick this up ASAP

Im 14% through this and am loving him more than I did before, I've seen him in a few things and have been drawn to him and never knew why, I think I'm finally understanding why. I will be doing a review when I've finished devouring this book, it will go way before all the other books I need to review, the ones I've read and put off reviewing but this is something I'm savouring, it's just that good. ❤️❤️❤️

Look what came in the mail today! Curtis and his wife Elaine were going to stop by the hospital and bring me this ARC BUT Elaine got a cold so she couldn't come. HOWEVER she mailed it to me and look what came in the mail. Couldn't think of a better person to have a book, I spend Thanksgiving with them now and they are wonderful chosen family. Coming out in July!
