8pm is too late for me to drink anything but water. :) My son was under the weather and asleep already so my daughter and I dug into this book. We both learned a lot about Iceland when we were housebound during the pandemic so one of my older kids bought me this when he was visiting Venice (California). #hyggehour

This was a fun, well narrated pop history book about Iceland. I liked that it focused on a few individual events and people that were illustrative of larger points and didn‘t try to be a comprehensive history of Iceland for all time in an 8-hour #audiobook. 👍🏻🇮🇸

Some interesting Icelandic history. Learned a lot about Iceland's importance in WWII.

An entertaining look at Iceland‘s history, showcasing its achievements and pivotal role on the world stage. I especially enjoyed the bad jokes 🤣
