Books about books? This is the closest one I can presently think of. This was like, my favorite book when I was an elementary schooler. (Hard to believe that was over 10 years ago?!) This dude went around drinking books and surviving on stories... literally. #ReadingResolutions

Such a cute story! A kid who hates books is forced to spend the summer in his dad's bookstore. Bored, he starts watching the customers. Then, he spies someone drinking ink from a book...

A brief story about a bookstore owner's son who sees and follows a mysterious figure who drinks the ink of one of his father's books.

As a former bookstore employee, I can attest that this is spit on. I still people watch often at @TheBookmarkPR and know it is still so.
