I just saw that Book Outlet is having a Black Friday Sale right now. It looks like I might need to buy some new books. My goal is to read my physical TBR before adding more books to it but I deserve some new books. It‘s a good deal.

Here‘s my September Book Haul. I‘m using my reading tracker to show my books that I acquired. This is the next page of the book haul section in the reading tracker. I didn‘t have room to list the 44 Hayhouse audiobooks I got on Spotify.

I ordered from 3 websites and I‘m excited. I ordered 2 necklaces from Taylor Bradshaw, preordered a 2025 reading tracker and 2 pairs of earrings from the Linkin Park merch store. I ordered an LP necklace with their logo on it a long time ago but I wanted some earrings to match my necklace. I probably didn‘t need 2 more necklaces or 2 more pairs of earrings but I wanted them. Life is boring when I don‘t have online orders to look forward to.
I was just talking about overconsumption of books and I just saw this on my phone. Do I need to buy more books? No but I can earn more points if I buy books. Every time my mom is channel surfing and we land on the shopping channel, I tell her in a joking way,”You need to buy something new.” And she says,”No, I don‘t. I‘m going to be good.” My mom likes to buy kitchen stuff or vacuum cleaners but we have enough of that stuff. We don‘t need more.
I was scrolling through TikTok last night and I saw someone I follow talking about overconsumption of books which inspired me to look up this article about overconsumption. It‘s making me think. Do I have a problem with overconsumption? I probably do but I‘m trying to stop. I probably have more stuff than I need. I like buying stuff and books but am I using what I‘m buying?

Audible has a sale going on right now for their audiobooks. All audiobooks are 85% off.
Here‘s the ebooks I bought during Amazon‘s Book Sale May 15-20. I own physical copies of the 2 Chicken Soup For The Soul books and a physical copy of Resurrecting Easter. The other book is by a new to me author. I‘ve never read any books by her. My Amazon Alexa app can read the other books to me. Resurrecting Easter has pictures in it. I don‘t know if I‘ll be able to look at the pictures while listening to the book.
Amazon is having a book sale. I just found out about it.

Photo 3 - I ordered this beanie from www.taylorbradshawmusic.com and it came with these 2 bags of Evergreen Tea. One day when it was really cold outside, I wore this beanie and it was really soft.
I decided to fill in my new reading tracker and there‘s a page for writing down books you got during a book haul. The 2 books I bought were preordered in 2023 but I received them this month. I added up the prices of the two books I preordered but I didn‘t count the one that was sent to me. For 2 books, it added up to $43.57 when I used a calculator to calculate the two prices.

Photo 5 - Candle ordered from Moody Wick. It came with some stickers and a bookmark. I lit this candle tonight and it smells really good. I like what this candle says on it. It says,”Sleighing My TBR. Oh what fun it is to read.”
I got this email today mentioning this Kindle Rewards event coming up. I‘m not planning to participate because I‘m trying to take a break from buying books this year so I can read what I own. I tried the same thing last year with taking a book buying break and reading what I own and I did fine not buying for a while and then I started back up again. I feel like I‘ll do better this year because I preordered a lot of books in 2023.

Photo 1 - I preordered this book from Amazon because I saw that it has pretty Purple sprayed edges but I don‘t know anything about it.
Photo 2 - I received my Welcome Box from Harlequin. I chose the Romance/Suspense box because I like both in books. It came with a pretty Pearl Rose Gold Tone Bracelet which was a nice surprise. I‘ve never signed up for this before but I wanted to try it out.
Yay! My Welcome Box has shipped. I‘m so excited. I got a tracking number so I can track it. That makes me feel better when I can track where my package is. They told me it‘s coming in 1-2 weeks after I ordered it so I‘m surprised that they said it‘s coming in 1-3 business days.
I just made an account with Harlequin and I wrote down my login information. In December 2022, I ordered books from them for the first time so I thought I made an account with them but I didn‘t. I think I was just shopping as a guest. That explains why I couldn‘t log in the other day and track where my Welcome Box is that I ordered.
I went to Harlequin to log in and find out when my Welcome Box is coming because I‘m so excited about it and I realized when I was logging in that I forgot my password. I never even wrote down my login information. I thought I wrote it down but I never did. I always write my login information down when I create a new account on a website so I requested a password reset. I‘ll just see how long it takes for them to respond to my request.
I saw this being advertised on social media by Harlequin Books. I wasn‘t sure if I wanted to order a Welcome Box but I finally decided to do it. I couldn‘t decide whether to choose books from their romance or intrigue series so I chose both. I‘m not committing to anything. It says that I can cancel if I don‘t want to receive any more shipments.

They protect your books and keep them from getting damaged when they‘re in your purse. I have about 4 or 5 book sleeves from them. On their website, the name of this book sleeve is Books And Boos. I loved it. I thought it was cute and clever.

I just saw that BAM announced this on their Instagram and Facebook accounts. I shopped online with them a few times. It took awhile for my books to arrive and 2 of my books had to be backordered but I ended up receiving them.

Here‘s what I got during Stuff Your Earbuds Day on August 25. I forgot to post this. All of the audiobooks were free. I got audiobooks for my Nook app and for my Apple Books app too. I didn‘t have any audiobooks in my Nook app but now, I do.
Yay! I got all of these points because I shopped on Amazon recently. I ordered a trilogy and then I bought a lot of ebooks that completed book series that I started. I got a $100 Amazon gift card for my birthday last month so I spent the money on more books. Now, I have about $1 left on my gift card. Now that I got more points, I can buy another ebook. I haven‘t bought any new books in months and it was my birthday in July so I bought new books.
Yay! I got this email from Barnes & Noble. I haven‘t been keeping up with my stamps. I need to sign into my account and figure out how to use the $5. However, I noticed one time when I was ordering books online that there‘s an option at checkout to redeem $5 rewards so that might help me next time I want to order some more books. I haven‘t used my $5 rewards at checkout yet so I‘m not sure if it will take $5 off my order.
I got this email from Amazon saying that the release date for this ebook I preordered has been changed. That‘s okay. I don‘t read preorders right away so I can wait. I have plenty of books to read.
Today, I‘m sharing what I bought on Amazon Prime Day. I bought a new reading light because I‘m disappointed with the one that came with my reading book stand. The battery life on it isn‘t very good and the light is too bright for reading at night but I feel like this one will be a better light. I bought another tube of this eye cream because I love it. I won‘t use anything else.
I preordered this book because it was just announced today and I‘ve always been a Britney Spears fan. I grew up listening to her music.
I decided to make this bookish meme. I was just thinking about how I like shopping online for books and how easy it is to find books I want to buy whenever I start browsing the website. I don‘t buy very often because I like to take a break from buying once in awhile and it saves me money but when I see that there‘s a good deal then I will buy books. If I want to take a break from buying then I don‘t go on the book website and browse.
Amazon cancelled my preorder for another ebook I preordered. I was just saying the other day that I hope they don‘t cancel any of my other ebook preorders because they cancelled 1 already and they‘ve done it again. This sucks. I was looking forward to reading this book.
Amazon sent me this email telling me my preorder for this ebook was cancelled. That sucks but maybe it‘s a good thing it was cancelled because I don‘t remember why I preordered this book. I don‘t know. Maybe it sounded like it would be a book I would enjoy. This isn‘t the only ebook I preordered from Amazon. I hope the other ebooks I preordered through Amazon don‘t get cancelled but I don‘t have any control over what Amazon does.
I decided to buy a Bamboo Book Stand from Amazon so I can hold physical books open because my hands get tired of holding physical books open after awhile. All I would have to do is turn the page. I‘m looking forward to setting it up and trying it out. I could even use it to hold open a magazine that I‘m reading.

Today, I‘m sharing a reading pillow I preordered from Book Beau. I chose this because I like Sunflowers. It‘s very soft. This will be perfect for me if I want to use it to take a nap or prop up a physical book I‘m reading. I think it could also be used to hold up my e reader or tablet.

I‘m a B&N Rewards Member and B&N sent me an email today. I also signed into my account to see how many stamps I have. I‘m still not sure how the Rewards Program works. I earned 4 stamps so far so I think I got them from the books I‘ve ordered on the website. B&N is wanting me to join their Premium Membership so I can get more savings and that sounds good but I‘m not signing up because it costs $40 so I‘ll just keep doing what I‘m doing.
Barnes & Noble has a Preorder Sale going on right now and these are the books I preordered. These are all 2024 releases. It doesn‘t matter that I have a never ending TBR. The Preorder Sale is a good deal.
I saw this Kindle Page Turner on TikTok and I decided to buy it. I‘m excited. I‘m looking forward to using it when reading ebooks on my IPad and my Kindle.
I‘m sharing audiobooks I got on Audible. I preordered With My Little Eye and I decided to return the audiobook for Cleopatra And Frankenstein that I bought with my credit before and get The Iliad And The Odyssey with my credit instead because both stories were made into a play and I think I would enjoy listening to it. I‘m probably going to listen to it next month though. I don‘t really want to read Cleopatra And Frankenstein right now.
Today, I‘m sharing this email I got from Amazon as well as the book I bought with my $3 Kindle book credit. I earned 300 Kindle Points and I redeemed them for a $3 Kindle book credit. The book I bought with my credit that is in this collage is the Boxset of the All‘s Fair In Love And Football series. I read the first book a long time ago and I liked it but I never continued with the series.

I only bought 1 coloring book from them but I feel bad for the employees of the company and millions of online shoppers who have shopped with them more than me. Millions of people will have to find another place to order books. Book Depository is owned by Amazon so maybe that‘s why this is happening.

This time, I got all my free ebooks from Apple Books instead of Kindle. I only got 1 from Kindle because I couldn‘t find it on Apple Books. This time, I downloaded ebooks from every category but last time, I didn‘t download ebooks from every category. I‘m looking forward to the next event.
