Loved this second book in the Evenfall Witches series. Brynn is visited by another ghost and has to help solve his murder. There is also some drama with the other town folks and between Brynn and her aunts. I really like this series. Goodreads only shows 2 books currently, but I hope the author is going to write more.

Read for #Scarathlon & during a bunch of readathons that I‘ll put in the comments. 2nd in the Evenfall Witches B&B series, in this one Brynn is using her magic & ability to see the recently departed to solve the murder of a local chocolatier/ candy store owner. I like the characters & the audiobook narration was good. Looking forward to seeing what the next book holds.

My current audiobook is the 2nd in the Evenfall Witches B&B series. The MC is a young widow & a #Witch who can see ghosts & along with her magical aunts & uncle, solves mysteries. I listened to the first book (tagged below) last month & threw this one onto my #Scarathlon TBR. It‘s cute & an easy listen so far.

This is #2 in the Evenfall Witches B&B Cozy Mysteries from Auralee Wallace. The only Complaint I have with this one is that it's set in the Spring unlike In the Company of Witches which was set in the Fall.

Glorious! A marvelous blend of cozy fantasy mystery and an emotionally intelligent look at the importance of healthy relationships, communication, letting go; the toxicity of trying to pretend everything is okay when it's not. While there aren't any cliffhangers, there are certain story threads set up well, that I would love to see develop further, which is why I'm bummed there's not yet a third book in the series! 😩
