#Naturalitsy #MidwinterSolace

My apologies for my #FridayNightShare being on Saturday morning but I have fighting a non-COVID bug all week while working from home & truth be told, yesterday, I stopped work, went to the doctor in the afternoon to get some steroids for the lingering wheeze, ate soup & went to bed at 6:30 PM. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I digress… For this week‘s #Nature-themed prompt I have the tagged book on e-book library loan, extended it & I‘m ⬇️

DebinHawaii …going to buy it for the lovely illustrations & mindfulness ideas & journal prompts. Although I haven‘t done one per day, I have done several & think it‘s a book I‘ll enjoy working through & having in print to hold.

P.S. the drugs & sleep helped & I‘m feeling much better this morning & I‘m venturing out today to the post office, library, grocery store & possibly lunch with a friend if I feel up to it. 🤗
