Engaging, fantasy story of a girl on the run. She ends up traveling with a band of mercenaries who demand truth while she has lived her life holding secrets close. 3rd person, multiple POV. Set up for the sequel which I‘ll read but not rushing to grab.
pickI really liked this book!! My favorite read of July. Silla is on the run and hides in a supply wagon for the blood axe crew. She must win over the crew and show her value. They go on a journey along the road of bones, fight a lot of different creatures and other crews. There is romance, betrayal and escaping tight places.
pickI enjoyed this romantasy. It was a bit slow to start but it picked up for sure.
pickA great fantasy novel. I loved Silla and her growth through the course of the story. The world building is great!

I loved this book. It's so good and I can't wait for the next in this series.
A fantasy filled with lots of action. A love story in the making. A lost sister.
If you like fantasy you will love this one.
