 so-so
so-soI read this because of #ISpyBingoSept bathing suit promp. @TheAromaofBooks
Geared to young teens, but all this kid does is give rants. The topic was good, too long of nothing happening, and then a cliffhanger. I'm not reading book 2.

The last thing I thought I would learn about myself while reading a book about ADHD, is that I was neglected as a child

 pick
pickI loved the transparency of who got money from where in relation to therapies and methods discussed in the book. I loved their ideas about how schools and parenting need to change for ADHD children (and probably all children if we‘re being honest).

Just a little bit of light reading before my appointment

 so-so
so-soI love the layout of the book, it made it very easy to read and kept me interested. Unfortunately, the content wasn't as impressive.
This is an introduction to ADHD and should be treated as such. There's a lot of useful information, it's a bit skewed towards ADHD is a super power which I don't like, and some of it is a bit patronising.
