This is the first cozy I‘ve read that didn‘t involve an active murder investigation. It was enjoyable enough, though. To be fair, the title implies that seeds of murder are planted, and this is the first book in this series. Books 2 and 3 do have murder investigations so I‘ll give the next one a try. This one did have mysteries, and in the process of figuring them out, an old murder is solved. A soft pick!
