Home from the Brooklyn Book Festival! 💪🏻

My haul: 📚11 books - 4 are signed & personalized by the authors! 1 was free! A few would fit for #Scarathlon but I doubt I‘ll get to them in time. Very productive day. Now my arms hurt from carrying this all back on the train. #BKBF

I got this at #BkBF last year after attending a panel & meeting N.K. Jemisin. She‘s so rad - I really can‘t wait.

Starting this tomorrow AM. Picked it up during #BKBF last year. It‘ll be my first off of my giant “Mount TBR” of books sitting in my bookshelf unread.

Fave panel at #BKBF — dubbed “We Came to Slay”. Featured the tagged book‘s author (on the left), Hafsah Faisal (middle) & Kat Cho (right). I got to meet all three - so kind & sweet! Can‘t wait to dig in to all 3 books - starting first with the tagged bc it seems like the perfect #Halloween book!
