#somethingforsept #booksthatmademehungry: Very Valentine has great food descriptions and a few recipes from the story in the back. Savor the Moment and the Outlander series also have mouth watering food descriptions and Outlander inspired a great cookbook which I've posted before. Hatchet made me hungry because of his lack of food... For some reason reading about people who are hungry makes me want to eat. Anyone else feel that way?

For #Day18, #BooksThatMadeMeHungry, all I could think of was Eat, Pray, Love. I read "Eat" on the plane ride to our honeymoon and was ready to redirect the flight to Italy and eat with abandon. The descriptions of the authentic Italian cuisine left my mouth daydreaming. I had a harder time getting into the second section "Pray" at first, but it picked up and "Love" kept my interest too. It opened me up to new genres! #SeptPhotoChallenge

For the duration of the #BookishOlympics I needed fast and easy reading. That's how I discovered the sub-genre #CulinaryMystery and just reading the titles - I'm drooling.
