This book is about a boy and three #GirlsGoneWild in the fantastical Glass Town. Where Napoleon is riding around on a porcelain rooster, suitcases can transform into transportation and people are more often made from iron or wood, than from blood and bones. Oh, and all of this is an imaginary world made up by the Brontë siblings.

Valente reimagines the Brontës childhood, and it is a delightful read for both young and old ?

Megabooks @Cinfhen Great choice! The stuff inside my neck they moved to get to my vertebrae (esophagus, windpipe, soft tissue, etc.) is really swollen and it‘s hard to swallow. That‘s the consistent worst part now. Other than that, it‘s just the usual feeling of post-surgical aches and pains. I seem to be healing up pretty well!! 👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks for asking!! ❤️❤️ 4y

Cinfhen Hmmmmm, sounds REALLY good!!! Is it YA?? I really liked Gone Girl but I find most books didn‘t really hold up to that comparison so I‘m intrigued by this one. 4y

JennyM @Cinfhen not YA, but no way near as good as Gone Girl, although I am enjoying it. Very police procedural and it‘s also book 3 in a series, and I think you kinda need to read the others to get the main detective character 4y
