I love that my library system opened a new branch closer to my house. It‘s so much more convenient. I picked up two holds plus a book off the new release shelf (the Penner). I‘m starting the tagged book today since there have been outlandish claims that it rivals Red Rising. This #Howler is skeptical but hopeful. 🤔 #libraryhaul

DGRachel @rockpools It‘s really little, and is in the Town Hall building, but I am so grateful for it. It‘s a lot easier to access than the larger regional branch I used to go to and since I always place holds online, the books I want are there. 😊 11mo

Morning Star: Book III of The Red Rising Trilogy | Pierce Brown

Finished my third reread of Morning Star (second listen) just in time for tomorrow‘s release of Iron Gold. I‘m kind of regretting the reread. Now the characters are fresh in my mind and heart, and I fear what Pierce is going to do. Who will he kill this time? It‘s been 10 years since The Rising. What relationships survive? Which alliances crumble? My heart is already breaking and I don‘t even have the book, yet. #howler
