Here‘s how I did on my October #roll100 picks. Yay! I read all of them and they‘re all books for buddy reads I‘m participating in on Litsy. I wasn‘t supposed to read the #litsyirregulars book until November because the discussion for it is November 30 but I got confused about the date. I thought our discussion was October 30. I can still participate in the discussion but I don‘t know if I‘ll have anything new to contribute to the discussion.

Week 1 - I read Trust Me, I‘m Dr. Ozzy for the #princeofdarknessreadalong
Week 2 - I read The House Of Silk for #pastichebr and #litsyirregulars. I thought we were discussing the book on October 30. I found out we‘re discussing it November 30 and we‘re taking 2 months to read each book so I didn‘t have to start this book this month.
Weeks 3-5 - I read the Book Of Magic And The Occult by National Geographic

I started this book last night because I‘m participating in the #pastichebr with the #litsyirregulars book club and I don‘t know what to think about this book. I‘ve never read this author before but it feels like it was written in the same style as the Sherlock Holmes stories. I liked the stories but I don‘t know if I like this or not. Maybe it‘s because I‘m comparing this to the stories but it‘s hard not to compare them.

Here‘s how I did on my September #readyourkindle list. The only book I read all month was the Ozzy book for the #princeofdarknessreadalong. I started the #christiescapers book for September but I haven‘t finished it yet. I didn‘t start Good Night, Mr. Holmes for the #litsyirregulars book club.

Thank you for this Denise! I got these goodies yesterday. Thank you Denise and Cuilin for hosting the #noplacelikeholmes readalong. It feels weird not having a short story to read from Sherlock Holmes but I‘m joining the #pastichebr and #litsyirregulars to read books inspired by Sherlock Holmes. I think that would be really fun. I haven‘t ever read any stories inspired by Sherlock Holmes.
