2. My favorite way to prepare eggs is in the microwave. My mom taught me how to do it. I crack open 2 or 3 eggs in a cereal bowl, stir them up with a fork, heat them up for 1 minute, take them out and stir them up again. After that, I cut them up so they‘re scrambled, heat them up again for a minute and take them out. After that, I season them with salt and pepper or hot sauce.

#NationalEggMonthChallenge @TieDyeDude Thanks for the tag!! 1) Tag a favorite mystery you‘ve read: This is the first book in the brilliant Armand Gamache/Three Pines series. Her writing is so poetic! 2) What is your favorite way to prepare eggs? If I‘m eating out, I enjoy Eggs Benedict or a good omelette. I‘m not really much of a cook but I will occasionally scramble up some egg with my cheese. Also deviled eggs or egg salad. Join in!

TieDyeDude We had to institute a two egg limit when my mom made deviled eggs for holidays so everyone was able to have some 😅 6mo
CatLass007 @TieDyeDude Two whole eggs or two half eggs? We never instituted a limit, we just knew to make extra for Daddy. Everyone else was expected to just have self control.😂🐣 6mo

Thanks for the tag @TieDyeDude

📖 I'm not a big mystery reader, but when a giant dome appears over a town people want to know where the hell it came from.

🍳At home I'm a scrambled eggs on toast kind of gal. But at a restaurant/diner it's always poached! 😋

1. Tagged. IMHO, the greatest mystery ever written.
2. To eat? Eggs Benedict. To make myself? French toast. Drop that egg, some milk, some great bread ... grill to perfection. Serve with real butter and authentic maple syrup. #beyondyum

Louise Penny is fan-freaking-tastic. I still think about this one.

2.What‘s your favorite way to prepare eggs?
Scramble them & add to sautéed scallions in the pan, then don‘t touch them When they‘re halfway cooked throw a buttered tortilla on top, then flip the whole thing over til the eggs are cooked & the tortilla‘s toasted. Roll it up and eat. Mmmmmmmm.

...and now I want an omelette!

1. Tag a favourite mystery you've read
Tagged! A fun YA mystery series that is very Veronica Mars-esque (only gender swapped and written from the perspective of the “Wallace“)

2. What is your favourite way to prepare eggs?
Two egg rolled omelette with cheese (especially with kraft singles!)
