Here you go @merelybookish this is the very colourful childrens author Margaret Mahy who wrote over 100 picture books as well as a couple of dozen novels. She was also a librarian and dedicated to growing young readers. She would be the most well know author in NZ because everyone (around my age at least) grew up reading her books.

The other horse was told not to show their ass on picture day but they did it anyway
The other horse said,”It‘s picture day. I have to show my ass. I‘m not getting my picture taken but at least my ass will be in the picture.”

Staying at my FIL‘s farm and someone brought 6 cats over - 2 adult kitties and 4 2-week-old mewborns. So I‘m in kitten heaven. This little guy is my cuddle buddy, Bear. Never gotten to spend this much time with kittens this young! 😻😻😻

pickI won this book on goodreads. It is a updated book on chicken little. The pictures are large and nice and the story is interesting. C and Cassian really enjoyed it as a story before dinner tonight.
