GingerAntics @Chrissyreadit oh, I finished on the 22nd. I‘m on my second read through, and I‘m not sure I want to go beyond where I am now… I know the battle I‘m at is when the Aretian ward stone gets properly fired, but then it just goes downhill SO fast after that. I‘m not sure I‘m ready. 5d

Chrissyreadit I‘m wondering who else was a traitor with Panchek (Kaori???) and also that means Pancheks dragon is a traitor to the empyrean!?!? 5d

GingerAntics @Chrissyreadit right? Panchek definitely raises MANY questions. I think Dain‘s father has turned. I also wonder what is happening within the Empyrean now that Pachek has been outed. Then again, Sygeal is keeping the same secret, too. The next book, and I‘m guessing a lot of the final book, are going to be a hard road to hoe. 5d

Then multiple people in the audience said “if Jesinia wrote it,” and RY covered her mouth and chuckled? Seriously, it‘s making EVERYONE wonder what on earth we are reading if we can‘t trust Jesinia? GingerAntics @Chrissyreadit Bodhi is going to stay with Xaden out of loyalty if he hasn‘t changed (which leads me to believe that maybe they are going somewhere to either find a solution [mommy dearest?] or hide Xaden from the higher ups… which is why he HAD to marry Vi, so Aretia doesn‘t go to someone else who will fall in line with Navarre when they shouldn‘t. Vi will hold the fort the way Xaden would… and will let civilians in. 🤯🤯🤯 5d

Butterfinger Okay, I agree with all you said, but Jack is also considered a brother. My off-the-wall theory is panchek somehow got jack released by telling the same Sage of Jack and Xaden. Garrick was weakening because he did his distance power so many times. He may have turned in order to save more people, like Imogen. Wasn't Dain also considered missing? Have we been told what Bodhi's second signet is? 5d

GingerAntics @Butterfinger he never admitted to having a second one. He may have one, but he may not. Only some of the marked ones have two. Xaden said that the marked ones had second signets often enough that Kaori can‘t have accurate records, but not so often that anyone questions why he “doesn‘t” have a second one. Bodhi hints that he “doesn‘t have one” just like Xaden. We never hear what it is, unless it‘s in the last 11% of the book. I‘ll keep an eye out. 5d

Chrissyreadit @Butterfinger I‘m pretty sure Jack is Berwyns son, but there could always be another plot twist- I think that is why Jack was treated differently. I agree Garrick may have turned to save people. But now i‘m thinking if the brown dragons death means one of them died and is among the dead riders, or one of them turned to avoid dying with the dragon….. or neither of these is a possibility too. 5d

Butterfinger @Chrissyreadit @GingerAntics I have to look up the page, but xaden tells Violet all marked ones have second signets. Or it could have been Garrick when they fought Theophanie. So when brodhi told Violet, I thought it implied that they both knew he was lying. 5d

If he knew that, I‘d wonder why he hasn‘t said anything yet… then again, exactly which conversation is he supposed to slip that into? Maybe that‘s why he‘s not so worried about Xaden being in the early stages. He‘s been through this before. @chrissyreadit That would potentially take away our thought that why Xaden pulled would be the difference. 5d

GingerAntics @Liatrek I woke up early this morning and was REALLY messed up about the ending. I got some more sleep and I‘m feeling better about it. I‘d say there are two options, but I‘m betting on Yarros finding option 3, 4, or 9. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 2w

I wonder if she was influenced by How people change when injured or TBI and have to work hard to get back to who they want to be? i may be over thinking it. but xaden NEVER channels for Love of power- it‘s for love of violet and love for sgael 2w

All the other Venin channel for power. You‘re so right. I hadn‘t made the TBI link before. PTSD could also be an option. I think her husband is a veteran. 2w

GingerAntics @Chrissyreadit I just say that because she made a comment recently that Violet gets a HEA. I don‘t see that happening w/o Xaden, unless Sygeal‘s link to Tairn is somehow part of his link to Vi, so if Sygeal breaks the bond like Andarna did, Vi‘s feels lose intensity and then she falls for Aetos. 2w

Violet knows his plan and agreed with it- that‘s why her memory is erased. It is Tyrrendor I believe. 2w

I also think Dunne will play a part- and here is what i also wonder- Does males hold the venins souls? Will it be a bargain with Malek for Xadens soul? and what does it cost? Something happened 600 years ago to end the venin reign…. 2w

I do not feel like this is good news for Xaden getting a HEA. I mean, at least Asher told Vi to “let go of” her “affection for” Dain. Here‘s hoping that‘s a good sign for Xaden.
