You can even go right back to the beginnings of Darth Vader when he was still Anakin Skywalker, a young boy with a passion for racing rocket ships. Back to Han & Luke though, both end up becoming Rebel pilots, flying against the Empire in the Millennium Falcon & later Luke in his X-Wing with R2D2. #greatkiddontgetcocky

I think of the Wright brothers as the original #RocketBrothers as their invention was critical in the evolution of flight and to the ultimate endpoint of space travel. Pieces of their airplane from Kitty Hawk were flown on the Apollo 11 which I think is really cool! #SeptemberDanes

This memoir inspired the movie October Sky. I would watch it every year with my high school students, and it never failed to touch my heart. #rocketbrothers #septemberdanes
