I am aiming to finish The Blackhouse for this Readathon, so I will probably be reading it all weekend. I‘m also in the middle of The Keeper of Lost Things.

We were out last night later than we‘ve been out in YEARS. Today will be a day for laying about and reading all day. (Thankfully, not hungover because we were smart. 🤣🍻)

The Blackhouse is excellent! Great storytelling.

Enjoyed this book from Sharon‘s TBR. Picked this for the #sharreadsreadathon hosted by @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks and @CBee
Although the story hops around a lot, I found it easy to follow. Story revolves around a female pilot in the 1930‘s. I always enjoy Beatriz Williams books.

Thank you Joey for gifting me this book. The first I've read from this author. The book weaves storylines through 3 eras. Holly is called to Ashdown because her brother has gone missing. A tale is woven linking a mirror and a pearl used by the Order of the Rosy Cross to see the future. Holly searches for her brother while she uncovers the events of the past that seem to be connected.

Halfway through book 2 for Sharon‘s readathon..always wondered about Dorothea Benton Frank…great characters

I'm sorry to hear about Sharon! I plan on starting one from her TBR tomorrow, Sparks Like Stars. This was a chunskster!! 1000 plus pages, but once it draws you in, you'll be captured. From Stasia to her great granddaughter Niza the story of the generations is told in the setting of the Russian revolution forward. The family lives in Georgia where the family sells sweets using a secret chocolate recipe. As the years pass the son of the chocolatier becomes a high ranking official in the Soviet union. ⬇️
