Of trees and the conditions that have to be right for some of them to live, the interdependent ecosystem of it all. The creatures who live in them, the insects who make their home. Their root system. How they talk to each other. These are pics are from different walks/hikes I took on vacation and just like reading a good Kingsolver or Patchett, being👇🏼

Reggie @kspenmoll @Suet624 the first half, I loved it sooooooo much. The second half, some of it is up to your interpretation. But it‘s still in my top books I‘ve read since 2016. I never really noticed trees until that book. 3mo
Reggie @Leftcoastzen it made me go down a YouTube rabbit hole and I saw a video on the 10 oldest trees in the world. Some of them are 100s of years old. One was on the African continent until a drunk driver drove into it. 3mo
