I know it‘s December readathon time, can‘t remember what we‘re calling it. 🤣 but I finished this one while getting my hair colored today. Nice, fairly believable romance between a widowed firefighter single dad (of 4!) and a shy reclusive artist from his hometown. The suspense part was subtly woven in and the menacing figure was a shocker to me. #treeoncover (well trees) for #rushathonchristmaschsllenge

MsMelissa I absolutely loved this series up until Mirror Sight. One of my best loved series became one I‘m most disappointed in because of that book 😥 Will wait until the rest of the books are out before deciding if it‘s worth picking back up. Is book 8 going to be the last one @Nutmegnc ? 3y

Nutmegnc @MsMelissa I agree that Mirrorsight wasn‘t my fav. Most of the second empire stuff I found boring but loved the rest. And it seems like 8 may not be the last. Is that a deal breaker? 3y
