🎃 An old fat woman who needs more Zepbound

👻 Tagged book! Not sure why rating so low. It‘s a Halloween-themed trilogy. Do one a day on audio!

1. I get dressed in the morning and undressed at night. @Deblovestoread reminded me that I exercise 3/week and wear exercise clothes! Totally forgot this.
2. The wife in the tagged book worries constantly about what she‘s wearing, how her husband will feel about about what she‘s wearing, and how others see her in what she‘s wearing! Yes, she‘s as neurotic as she sounds.

Favorite museum is hard!
-Most impactful: the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Berlin. The pitch black room except for a sliver of light in the ceiling far above taught me how architecture can be both art and argument.
-Most nostalgic: the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, more of a science center than a museum.
-Most Unexpectedly Fascinating: the National Archives in DC - saw the actual records of the Glory troops!

I haven't done #twofortuesday in ages but I'm trying to get back into reading to help me stay sane through my masters dissertation so here we are! @thespineview

1. Definitely a podcast - I listen to a million podcasts and I've never really watched tv talk shows so I think I'd definitely be better at podcasting. I was a guest on one once actually so I have some skills already!

2. Tagging a summer romance I'm loving and keen to finish

TheSpineView Glad to have you join in anytime! Thanks for playing ! 3mo

1. I like my name & haven‘t thought much about changing it. I have names I use online & when I need something easy to spell/pronounce, but if I were to actually change my name I‘d look for something gender neutral.
2. It turns out Henry James wrote a story w my name as the title character. Must track down a copy!
Thx for the tag @Eggs If you‘re reading this consider yourself tagged. I‘d love to know what name everyone would choose! #TwoForTuesday

1. I think I‘m average but slightly above average for my age group with the caveat of being that way with technology I enjoy like video editing and photo software.
2. Tagged + I love what I call techno thrillers (is that a real genre?). I read a lot of authors like Blake Crouch, James Rollins, and Michael Crichton that use technology in their stories. I find these kinds of books fun and exciting.

TheSpineView Great line up of books! Thanks for playing! 5mo
BethM Almost like a sci-fi thriller without the space opera. My fave! 4mo
Avanders Oooh I think I refer to those as techie sci fi — probably the same genre! Love them - right at the top of my list! 😍 4mo
MaleficentBookDragon Hi @Avanders ! Long time no talk. How are things with you? I have A LOT to tell you. I‘ll text you soon. 4mo
Avanders I knooooow - I can‘t believe how much time keeps on passing! 🫨 Things are better now, though, than they were last year, which was a brutal year! Definitely look forward to hearing from you soon! ♥️ 4mo
