pickI was going to read The Grapes of Wrath for this month‘s #authoramonth but needed to get that from the library and I just can‘t seem to get there. So this and East of Eden are on my shelf already, and this one‘s *much* slimmer! 🤣

I didn‘t recall this book at all so it was lovely to have a re-read.
