@CBee when I saw your post, I immediately thought of the tagged. It‘s on my #BookSpinBingo & #readyourebooks lists for August. 🤓
But, I was reading your post while waiting for my drink in the bookstore cafe. As I turned onto the bookfloor, this was the display I saw. This is also on my TBR & #ClearMyShelves lists. A sign? 🤔
I‘m going to read one (or maybe both) of these for the August #TBRtarot prompt.
I fell one ARC short of getting a blackout bingo board. Still a great month. 🤓

This was a fun, 🌶️ one. Nice start to this series where both the FMC & MMC are hockey stars.

Here‘s the August #WeeklyFavorites template. All are welcome to join. Fill it out weekly, at the end of the month, skip weeks, etc. Whatever works for you.
Thank you for playing along with me.
Let me know if you‘d like to be added/removed from the tag list.
My August #readyourebooks list. I‘ve read completed my January & April books. Well what the spinner gives us, but I‘m hoping to clear my February, March & maybe even June‘s books.
Disappointing in places but overall a fun escape. Everyone in My Family has Killed Someone vibes.

This was my first time reading Boyne and it was fantastic!! I‘ll definitely be picking up more of his books. A pretty short book but so powerful and packed with great characters, some many emotions and just simply excellent writing.
My #FictionalTraveler book for July.
Another ebook I‘ve had for a few years. As part of my #ClearMyShelves August focus, I‘m choosing this for #FictionalTraveler
I got this book when it came out in 2017. Lately I‘ve been hearing people say it gave them Gilmore Girls vibes. So here we are… August #ReadOrDonate
This has been on my ereader for a few years. Book 1 in a series and thanks to August‘s #ThematicCozies prompt, I‘m finally going to read it.
I‘ve been really looking forward to this one and it definitely didn‘t disappoint. Great selection for #CampLitsy25
August is all about reading from my shelves & catching up on monthly challenges (#Roll100 #readyourebooks #BookSpinBingo ) that I haven‘t completed.
I have really enjoyed all of the Coffee Loft books I‘ve read so far.

Second Hazelwood to make my #WeeklyFavorites this month. I just enjoy her characters and writing. A total escape.
I‘ve finished my #BookSpin & #DoubleSpin books for the month.
Just so much fun!! Love these characters 💙💙💙
I was waiting very (im)patiently for our #SUNDAYBUDDYREAD of this book. Lee brought the Oregon Trail, the general struggles of traversing it as well as the much more dangerous and difficult challenges of young girls and minorities trying to survive day to day. A wonderful coming of age story with fear, loss, heartbreak and hope, friendship and love.
I loved both of these books. Jimenez writes wonderful, thoughtful and perfectly imperfect characters that go through a lot. Both individually and collectively.
