1. I'll preorder any MUTTS book by Patrick McDonnell. When the COMPLETE SERIES of PEANUTS books were being published (they only released 2 a year for a total of 26 volumes between 2004-2016), I always had the next one on preorder.
2. I rarely preorder because my reading style is so mercurial. Except for the books mentioned in #1, I can't recall a time when I've pre-ordered.

Nice fun read. I wish the cartoons featured would be placed back in context. Often, press cartoons are linked to a specific news story, I feel it would have added value...
Overall, it's a nice read to unwind.

It‘s time again for #BookishMonopoly! I rolled an eight and landed on “GO…to the Library!” Yay! So off I went to this giant Friends of the Library bookstore at the Georgia Cole Library in Carlsbad, CA. There I found my read for May: a special tribute to Farley, the lovable sheep dog from one of my favorite comic strips: “For Better or For Worse” by Canadian cartoonist Lynn Johnston.
