Thanks, all. I've been told by my dentist that I have jaws of steel and my nightly grinding has contributed to my teeth's demise. Teeth guard has also been molded and ordered. At least the pain lets me know I'm alive! 😍🤣🤩 2d

To clarify, the procedure lasted 3 hours (one tooth on every side, both up and down) ... the wearing off of everything took 7 hours. Now, meds for the #chipmunkcheeks. Thanks for the love, everybody! 😍💋😍 2d

ravenlee Oh my! I‘m sorry you had to go through that, but glad it‘s over and things should improve. I‘ve been using a nightguard since I was sixteen (not the same one, of course!), and can say they make a tremendous difference in my quality of life. 1d
