pickI‘ve seen this book in libraries and shops for ages, I never got around to reading it until now. I am so glad I read it, it definitely deserves the popularity it has. I love fairytale retellings and I love sci-fi and alternative history so this was just perfect for me. The world is very interesting and well explained. The characters were enjoyable and unique. Though some of the plot twists were predictable, it had solid and engaging plot.
A deformed cyborg with a missing foot.
A Lunar with a stolen identity.

This book is #26 in the Interstellar Brides series but can be read as a stand alone. It is a well paced Sci-Fi romance that had great characters. I actually hope we get the full story on a couple of the secondary characters. 4⭐️

This makes the 14th book I have read in this series. This one is about an Atlan warrior and I have gound I like the stories about the Alton warriors best. Total fluff with a side of steam and drama. If you like Sci-Fi romance this is a good series. 4⭐️ for this book.

So, I‘m just in the mood to reread some of my favorite fairytale retellings 🙂 I forgot how intense this book was. Cinder and Kai just break the heart ❤️🩹 so many moments had me 😢 IKO and Peony 😭😭 My deep hate for the Queen and her stepmother I wanted to slap them both.
Kai is one of my favorite Princes. He was kind, funny, charming and made very good decisions considering the crazy situation.
