I‘m a little shocked to see how divisive the reviews are on The Devils by Joe Abercrombie. I‘ve noticed that a lot of the people that don‘t like it love The First Law Trilogy. One person said the characters in The Devils felt flat compared to First Law. So if that‘s the case I really need to read that series because so far I‘ve enjoyed The Devils. Granted I‘ve only made it to part three but I can‘t wait to see where it goes.
This book has everything you want in a fantasy… great characters created to produce both intelligence and adventure in an epic process that creates a unique experience … this made me laugh and appreciate the way it was written… I am now placing Joe Abercrombie up on my top 5 favorite authors I can‘t wait to read more of his books
YASSSSSSS! My delightfully devious Goldsboro edition of Abercrombie's new book arrived today! 😍 #goldsboro

Finished "The Magpie Lord" yesterday. First in a paranormal M/M #HistoricalRomance trilogy, with some ?️
Today I'm oscillating between the third Emily Wilde #eARC and the #LitsySciFiBookClub pick for December.

I really loved this romance! It was exactly what I was hoping for, and it did not disappoint!

The title and cover both caught my eye on this one. It's a brash and messy YA read, but I enjoyed it and like the mix of serious and funny in the author's writing.

#Fable is absolutely fantastic. I was invested from beginning to end and I can‘t wait for book two! 😍😍 Thank you @netgalley and @wednesdaybooks for allowing me an ARC for an honest review 💕
