pickThis was such a good book! It had a YA Crazy Rich Asians vibe. I loved Ever's story and her summer of romance and rebellion, and her conflicting desires to please her parents and be true to herself. So so good. Can't wait for more.

so-soI know this book has been getting a lot of love all around. But somehow it just wasn't for me. The world building and lush imageries, as much as I enjoyed them, I found a little overdone, slowing down the pace and leaving the characters much to yearn for, the two things that are important to me in a book.
