In my office we take Halloween very seriously... Lawyer by day, Hit Girl...also by day

I wasn't too impressed with this. It tried to be funny but it just ended up feeling like it was trying too hard.

I know it's about a hit girl, but even so Iwasn't impressed by the level of violence. There was a very thin plot, and the character development was lacking, so I didn't really care about the outcome.

I‘ve gushed about Mel Robbins‘ work before- enough for a lifetime. This Audible Original is no exception. I just get so inspired and motivated listening to her dosing out reality in these coaching sessions and I find something valuable in every one of them. And Mel‘s talk show starts next week. Eek!! 🥳🥳🥳🎉🎉🎉

Zombies interrupt the Civil War and while slavery is technically abolished, black and native people are instead forced to fight the dead to keep white people safe, because racists gonna racist. The premise and characters were interesting enough that I'm looking forward to the sequels that I'm pretty sure are coming.
