Billypar This is an interesting question because I was going through my favorite novels and coming up with nothing- even if I liked the characters, I couldn't really picture being friends with them. I settled on Thassa Amzwar from Richard Powers' Generosity. Not one of my favorite novels of his, but she is a great character and I can totally picture hanging out with her. 6y
