The Kingdom | Jess Rothenberg

If you've seen Westworld, the concept is a tad similar. This is a YA fantasy+thriller and I promise you that you'll not be able to put it down. I read this for a readathon and I breezed through this book and was left wanting more of it. The Kingdom is basically like Disneyland but with cutting-edge tech to create a more authentic experience for its visitors..

BookwormM I loved West World 5y

The Kinship of Secrets is author Eugenia Kim's second novel and tells the story of two sisters -Miran and Inja-separated by war and an ocean. While the novel is fiction, the story is inspired by Kim's own family history. We witness the parallel growth of the two sisters , the rise and fall of a nation and the power of hope and secrets.

I loved this standalone dark fantasy about four girls who are tired of dealing with death and go in search of glory.

I didn't like the book. In the beginning,I thought it would be like reading ACOTAR. I liked the heroine at first but everything dwindled when she met the hero .

The romance seemed fake, too forced. I wouldn't recommend it.

This is a book worth reading. This is Odysseus's story or rather the tale of when one of his adventures when horribly wrong. Although there are many scenes where women are treated horribly by the Gods and humans, and you will find it disturbing. Besides the scenes,I found the book unputdownable . The authors did a marvelous job.

A beautifully written book .It has this gothic fairytale feel to it.

Some may not like it but I did and I would recommend it to those who live reading fantasy books.

I did not like the book. There was no character development, and the plot was confusing as well. The ending was promising, but as the story progressed, I struggled with relating to the story. I love faerie fantasy worlds, but this one fell flat for me. Thanks to NetGalley, Bookouture and author Anna McKerrow; for providing me a free e-ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

A laught-out-loud retelling of the story of a certain Lady. I loved reading it and am waiting for Amazon to deliver the next one in the series.💃💃💃💃

It was good but it had the potential to be better.

I posted a full review on my blog and I think I have exhausted my daily vocabulary quota.🙎

I loved this funny and refreshing romance. The main characters were flawed but their interactions we're very entertaining.
