please please please for the love of god read this book it‘s so amazing and cute and hits the note just right on so many important topics while being a historical fiction and gives you the absolute cutest otp that‘s both queer and biracial in the 1700‘s

Hey guys! I haven‘t been on here forever because for a while, i really stopped reading. I just got sucked into things like instagram and lost sight of my bookish ways. Now i‘ve deleted all social media in hopes to give myself more room to read. and it‘s been working. since september 4th i‘ve re read all the harry potter books and crazy rich asians series and i‘ve had so much fun. i‘m glad to be back 💘

Finished this a while ago, I just forgot to write a review sooner! I really did like this book, as I have lately been into YA/Mystery novels. I wish it was a bit longer, and I believe the author did a good job with foreshadowing, which I believe is important in mystery novels. I managed to figure out who the killer was before it was revealed (I'm quite proud of myself) . I would rate 4/5 ⭐️'s!

Though slightly chewed up by my dog (who climbed on to a desk just to get this tasty book), it was an amazing read! I have read it 3 times in the past month, and it never seems to get old!
