#readingbracket2022 #2022readingbracket Wow! Almost time to see what my favorite book of the year was. Crazy how fast time is flying by. I read some amazing books this month and this year! My Nov pick is Inheritance Games. I just thought it was very unique and I devoured the series this month. Can‘t wait to see what my Dec fav will be and how each stacks up against each other for the final win!

I absolutely did not expect to like this book as much as I did. I loved it! It was absolutely heartbreaking at times and I fought myself on the verge of tears several times. This books was beautiful. I‘m so glad I read it!

This felt like a medication pamphlet aimed at kids. A look into the dark days of ADHD and the “miracle” drug ritalin.

This one is my pick for a fantasy group for #LMPBC. I overall did enjoy it but felt like it was trying to pack a lot into a standalone, leaving me a little vague on some details when I would have liked more. Sometimes a series feels like it's stretching, and sometimes a standalone feels like it's cramming, and this was a case of the latter for me. Still, intriguing magic, a likeable MC, and an interesting story kept me reading. ⬇️

I adore the Ravenspire books and "The Blood Spell" was not a disappointment. What a cute Cinderella retelling with magic, a wraith, love. Exactly what I needed the last few days.
