My top June reads. Mostly fantasy books , which is unusual for me but I enjoyed them a lot!!
I didn‘t read so many books in May, but these three books were my top reads.
Very exciting read. I can‘t wait to start the second book
More than halfway though this audio and it is so fascinating . I am actually hearing it then I am reading it on kindle. This is a book to be read slowly and be enjoyed.
I had so much hope for this book. While I love first contact with Aliens stories, this book just didn‘t work for me.
My favorite character was the ship‘s mind “ Gregorovitch”. He was very entertaining.
I had this book on kindle and audio . The audio narrator, Jennifer Hale, was great and she‘s the only reason I was able to finish the boon
A wonderful read that I enjoyed a lot. I read transcendent kingdom first and after loving it I read this one and they are both amazing in different ways. Such a talented writer!! #integrateyourshelf
What a wonderful read!! Sometimes the best book you‘ve read comes at the end of the year. So touching , funny and heart warming .
This was a really touching memoir graphic novel. 5/5
In late 2004, Vivian Chong‘s life was changed forever when a rare skin disease, TEN (Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis), left her with scar tissue that would eventually blind her. As she was losing her sight, she put down as many drawings on paper as she could to document the experience. Then Chong teams up with cartoonist Georgia Webber
Great story with beautiful illustration.
How do you get rid of a book hangover? Just start reading graphic novels!!!
This was a great audiobook . Narrated by Kathleen Early. A page turner and more horrific than any horror I‘ve read because it‘s so realistic . I guess some subjects are extremely horrific. This is not a read for anyone. Contains: murder, violence , rape, and lots of gore.
Not for the faint hearted.
I think I need a light read after this.
Great read and a page turner with a very strong female character.i enjoyed it a lot..
This was a really good book. I‘ve read really good books in August and September so far . The whole year was a so so for me but these two months are making up for it.
A great read so far, I am halfway through and the social and cultural references are very interesting. In addition it‘s a mystery.
This was a great read. A page turner and I just loved it!!
It was surprising how different it is from all the movies I saw as a kid. I enjoyed it a lot👍
I enjoyed this a lot!! The story was good and the illustrations are amazing. I read it on my kindle and I‘m sure the actual graphic novel is so much better . Since watching the game of thrones this season I can‘t seem to be able to read anything except George R.R. martins books!!😬Next is the sworn sword graphic novel.
Very interesting and funny graphic novel so far👍
A great foodie graphic novel and a memoir. It Will definitely make you hungry and attempt to try new things.
