Abenthy is definitely one of my favourite characters, and I honestly love the way Rothfuss describes him.

The magic in this book is awesome and the beautiful way it‘s written is going to have me rifling back though it for quotes in no time. Not to mention the sass, sarcasm and humour the characters show are right up my alley. The last in the trilogy still isn‘t out but I‘m hoping by the time I get my hands on the second one, I won‘t have to wait too long for the third 🤞🏼
Amazing book!! This is the first time I‘ve read any Robin Hobb books but now that I‘ve discovered them I won‘t be stopping anytime soon! The moment I put this down I checked for the next in the series and was ecstatic to find more than one triology in this wonderfully written fantasy universe.
1. Harry Potter or Inkheart
2. Anything that centres around relationships (they‘re usually too corny and annoying for me) 🤷🏻♀️
3. Nope, usually just my mum, my brothers, and my best friend.
4. I didn‘t really have any book goals this year, I was just too busy to set any.
5. 😄😄

1. When people chew really loudly with their mouths open
2. Anywhere
3. I think Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (again), but idk, I haven‘t really kept track of all the books I‘ve read this year 🤷🏻♀️
4. I don‘t read a specific book for the holidays, just whatever‘s next in my TBR 😂
5. Is there anyone you always struggle to buy presents for at Christmas?

I loved the previous series set in this world (Trylle trilogy) but these books gave it a whole new depth. The main character, Bryn, is a badass and the cold wintery scenes are magnificent.
However, the first book, and to some degree the second book, were slow to start. I felt like there were not enough plot twists, which made them seem quite... flat?
Although somewhat predictable, the final book, the action, and the characters make up for it.
This #PunctuationQuiz is a cute idea, and mine is pretty accurate, The Picture of Dorian Gray has actually been in my TBR shelf for a while now, and curling up with a good book is my ideal place to be 😊
What punctuation are you??
