This would be a great PR so they can talk about what connections they can make with the characters. DrSpalding I have not seen this resource yet! I‘m thrilled you chose to read this story. It is an excellent series that teachers are reading aloud to their students and students can‘t get enough! This could be considered traditional literature or fantasy. 5y

Ender‘s Game is a Hugo award winning SF novel that takes place during an unknown time in the future when aliens attack earth and some step up to save the planet. www.us.macmillan.com/books/9780812550702 the publishers website has good information about the book and other stories similar to it. EL strategy of promoting cooperation(small groups) would make this a great LC book in a classroom. UDL principle 6.2 guide appropriate goal setting.

This RF book would be a great RA in class to help students learn to love themselves and others. When all else fails, read to your dog. This awesome MF book by Aaron Reynolds tells the story of Jasper Rabbit and his love for the carrots of Crakenhopper field, until they start following him. This Caldecott award winner would be great for a RA to teach that sometimes too much of a good thing can be bad. Keishla.O I had the same book! I practiced my TeachLive by reading to my dog. This book is such a cute read for kids but beware, some kids might get scared of the carrots. I learned that in my TeachLive so emphasize that the book is Fantasy. 5y
