Current read thanks to #netgalley I‘m enjoying it so far.
Absolutely loved this book. I liked it better than Stalking Jack the Ripper.
Ya'll this is my first book in print. Do you know how exciting it is to see it and hold it in my hands?!? I kinda want to cry.
I'm pleasantly surprised by the way KJ Charles writes. I'm so glad I picked this book up!
Loving every page of the book and it's eerie how it reflects issues currently happening in the US.
I read this book in one sitting. I liked it a while lot more than I thought I would and that epilogue killed me!
Amie Kaufman is becoming one of my favorite, whenever I see her name on a book just buy it kind of author. Love her style of sci-if and can't get enough of it.
Oh Emily you are so kickass I'm glad you got your own book! #steampunk
Looove this series so much. Finley, Griffin, Sam, Emily and Jasper are such a great group of friends who always keep each other on their toes. I've been really into #steampunk as of late and looking for more to read.
This was soooo good. Loved every page of it. Hannah and Ella turned out to be two kickass fems!
Finish one book and to start something completely different! Capac Raimi and Ford Tasso are stealing my attention.
It bothers me when the cover art doesn't match the character descriptions- several mermaids and none of them with red hair. But I am liking this spin so far so there that.
About to dig into my first Sarah Waters book. So glad the library had a digital loan available!
I may have cackled at this. Thomas has my kind of humor.
Looking forward to this retelling! I like the tone Braswell uses and how she picks at the nature of political leaders that I've thought before.
I expected more from this. I'm almost finished but it wasn't entirely what I wanted or hoped to read.
On a true crime kick even with all my new books waiting for my time and attention.
"Only with books, only when reading, was Ghislaine so snappish." --- sounds a little like me ?
My night time read - liking the zombie vibe and the twist of mystery.
What I loved about Fairest by Marissa Meyer was how twisted Levana's story was. It felt just a dark and manipulative as Levana herself. At times I asked myself. "What am I reading?" Because of how dark Levana's mind has become. It was intense and gave a lot of background to how she became what she is.
Starting this at work today!! I already feel like it's going to be a whirlwind of story lines.
Decided to give it another try - hopefully it gets as good as everyone says it does.
At first I was hesitant about reading Illuminae. The format I thought would bother me but it pulled me even deeper into the story. Kady and Ezra were everything I could imagine they would be after everything they went through. This was amazing. I read it in a single day and ordered the next in the series. So much love for this book!
"I would have laid down this week's salary she couldn't jump so high. Where does she get that kind of bounce from? Seriously, big jump for a small girl." Page 86/599
