I only made it halfway to 24, but considering I topped out at 8 last time, I‘m very proud of my #24in48 accomplishment!

1. Darkfever, HP1 (reread), A Curse So Dark and Lonely, If We Were Villains, and The Last Olympian!
2. Probably a tossup between a Pumpkin Spice Latte or black tea with spearmint.
3. Cold brew coffee!

Reading a #publishersweekly interview with this author and this quote alone has fully sold me on grabbing a copy of the tagged book when it releases next month.
This #friyayintro feels extra special because after a short shift at the library today, I‘m looking at a 3 day weekend! 😎
1. Probably fantasy? Though my 2018 stats said contemporary and horror were close runners-up!
2. Worms and similar critters. Long story but it‘s a lifelong phobia. 😣
3. A librarian! ☺️ Which is why it‘s so surreal that I am a new one!
4. 55F
5. Will do! 🥰

It‘s a very quiet morning in the #library, but it won‘t be when storytime starts in half an hour. 😂 #librarian #librariansoflitsy
I‘m loving the audiobook for this, but I‘m so stressed out! 😂 I just want all of my little demigods to be okay! #audiobook #scribd
Happy book birthday, TGW! I got to read this one as an ARC and it was so much fun I just knew I needed a finished copy for my shelf. There are so many lovable characters, a fun heist, puzzles, and plenty of emotional moments - I really recommend this, especially for Six of Crows fans!
#hellothursday @wanderinglynn
1. My new job as a children‘s librarian!
2. More amazing memories with my family. 💕
3. “Reading what I want, when I want!” 2019 is the Year of DNFing and Self-Care. 😂
4. Everyone should go #welcome @yarnowlreads to Litsy!
I finally decided to check out this #SerialReader app I keep seeing and I love it already! #blameitonlitsy
Time for my first reread of the series in a very, VERY long time. #harrypotter

The TBR jar is treating me mighty well tonight! I adored Pacat‘s Captive Prince series so much that I‘ve been taking my time reading this one, worried it might not live up to my expectations, but it was flawless and the art is lovely. 💕

I consider myself a very “loud and proud” feminist, but the lack of gender intersectionality in this left me unimpressed. I learned after finishing the read that many people seem to believe Adichie is a TERF, which frankly wouldn‘t surprise me with the complete trans erasure in this novella. I‘m sad and disappointed. 💔

How adorable... and weird... and hilarious. I loved the ending. 💕
(And yes, her boyfriend REALLY is a bear.)

This MG sci-fi graphic novel was exactly what I needed. It is SO precious and cute, and I already rushed to put the next two volumes on hold!
I‘m cohosting a readathon called Short-a-thon and it started 42 minutes ago, so expect lots of graphic novel, manga, novella, and short story reviews between now and the 31st, when the readathon ends!
If you want to join us, there‘s info pinned to my blog‘s home page (link in my Litsy bio) or you can look up #shortathon18 or @ shortathon on twitter!
OMG 😂 Thank you so much @Literary_Siren ! I‘ve been meaning to read this one for SO long so I‘m definitely going to be picking it up ASAP! #KindLitsy
What a lovely email to wake up to! Thank you so much @Riveted_Reader_Melissa - I‘ve been meaning to read this series soon! 💕 #KindLitsy
A Christmas historical romance novella that completely swept me off my feet and left me swooning! It‘s so wholesome and sweet, and I can not recommend this one highly enough, especially if you‘re a fan of NORTH AND SOUTH as this is *majorly* inspired by the classic! And it‘s only $2.99 in the #kindle store!
#romance
Pretty good! Thanks for making the fun graphic, @RealLifeReading 💖

If you can read my messy cursive, these are my reading goals for the week. Is anyone else feeling ambitious? What are you reading this week?
A Flame Tree Press #bookmail day is always a good day. Check out these January and February releases! 😍

Some very exciting surprise #bookmail today! 😍 It‘s a Raven retelling with a twist!

One chapter in and I‘m already hooked (and a little grossed out). I‘m feeling long overdue for another Kealan read! #horror
I‘ve never done a year-long reading challenge on Litsy, but #Booked2019 sounds like a good one to start with! @Cinfhen @4thhouseontheleft @BarbaraTheBibliophage
1. A Court of Mist and Fury — Sarah J. Maas
2. A Conjuring of Light — V. E. Schwab
3. Blue Lily Lily Blue — Maggie Stiefvater
4. Circe — Madeline Miller
5. Sadie — Courtney Summers

I‘m a long time fan of Dathan‘s, dating back to his r/NoSleep days, so I was really excited to receive an eARC of this one. Sadly, it was just okay for me - while I enjoyed the premise and the atmosphere, it was way too long and the ending left me unsatisfied. 3/5 ⭐️

Slowly making my way through the Shadowhunters world, and I am loving the narration on this one. By the way, if you haven‘t checked out Scribd, I highly recommend it! At only $8.99/month, this is the 7th or 8th audiobook I and/or my family members have listened to in just a couple of weeks! #shadowhunters #audiobooks
A power outage in the middle of summer means a car ride for A/C, and a new read for #24in48, because I‘m feeling #spooky. 🖤 👻 #seananmcguire
1. I use “y‘all” sometimes in text, but in person, it‘s almost always “you guys”
2. 3! Care-uh-mel.
3. Kindle, iBooks, goodreads, Scribd, Libby, Audible, Bookly and Laio (neither of which I ever use...), Litsy, and if you count it for bookstagram, IG.
4. Finishing my final project for my summer class and reading! I‘m working on Heir of Fire and City of Fallen Angels right now, mainly.
5. Everyone I know who would do it already does 😅 #friyayintro
Time to start a creepy new read! I love virus stories 😍😂
I just can‘t put it down. 😍 This comes out Tuesday and I hope everyone will run out and grab a copy!
DNF. This was absolutely awful for me. Fat shaming from page one (literally), gross objectification of a female character, an incredible trope-y portrayal of a gay teen... there‘s just a lot to unpack here, plus I hated the humor, and everything about this reminded me of why I‘ve sworn off David Levithan and John Green (besides TFIOS). 😔 I wish I could‘ve loved this like so many of my friends did!
It‘s finally time to get back into some adventures with Audrey and Thomas! 😍
