Grady Hendrix is my can‘t miss horror writer for a reason and this book didn‘t disappoint. How he tackled topics like homes for pregnant girls, misogyny, women‘s power was impeccably done. I just love his writing and will continue to be a faithful fan.

Well that was something else. What an odd ending…a crazy, twisty thriller. The parts of this I didn‘t like were the parts I perceived as man hating. I just don‘t like when one sex or the other is villainized or generalized...it‘s derivative. #botm

I'm giving this 4 stars because I enjoyed this thriller but I had a few frustrations as I read.
For one, I could put this book down and not be drawn to it. Second, I got really tired of the women's identities being found in their relationships with men. I get that was probably the point! Overall good twists and turns.
