I have been dying to get my hands on this book! I‘m only 20 pages in and I‘m nodding with every sentence she writes! 💕💕💕

“But who can resist the seductions of elevators these days, those stepping stones to Heaven, which make relentless verticality so alluring?”
I forgot to post my tiny haul from Independent Book Store Day! I‘m excited to read both of these!!
Currently reading, and they are both so good!!
Started this the other day. I am LOVING it so far! Also, I‘m using the Libby app, which is also pretty amazing! 😍😍
Fun take on the daughters of famous literary mad scientists!! I love the mash-up of fictional characters, and told from the daughters‘ perspective, no less!!
LOVED this book! I will read anything Andy Weir writes. A fast, funny story about a heist...on the MOON 🌙
Sooooooo good!!! Such an intriguing and complex story about this character, Lilliet Berne.
Got this from @Liberty . Here are my answers:
1. The Martian by Andy Weir

4. Let‘s Pretend This Never Happened by Jenny Lawson
5. A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens
6. Where The Heart Is by Billie Letts

Started this one last night! I ❤️ the cover! 😉
I had heard so much hype about this that I think I was expecting more 😐 Still a good, fast-paced read.
"Why is it so loud when you cry from grief? Because it must be loud enough for the missing one to hear, though it never can be. Loud enough to scale the sky and the backs of angels, or to fall through the earth to where they rest." ❤️
I've been on a major reading hiatus due to graduate school....but now I'm done with school and back to it with this book!! Heard about it from @Liberty from All The Books! 😎😎😎
I'm so interested in this stuff!! 😄😄
This book is so amazing! I love reading stories with such an original/different premise to them. I found the plot and the characters very intriguing and I cannot wait to read the second one!
I always love Jennifer Estep's Elemental Assassin books! Her character are bad-ass, but also very real, flawed, and vulnerable.
I actually really liked the story and the writing, but I found myself more interested in some of the minor characters than the main characters. I was also a little disappointed with how the book ended and thought things were wrapped up too quickly.
Who knew lobsters were so interesting?! A quick read about the fishing industry, fishermen, and, of course, lobsters!
The story itself is really good, there were particular aspects of the main character I felt were not in line with the story. It's only the first book in a series and definitely will give the next book a try!
One of my most favorite series ever! A really new and interesting take on the 'paranormal/urban fantasy genre'.
I love books about books and this was no exception! A cute and charming read.
