Just finished throwing a Minecraft party for my nearly 8yo. I‘m so glad minecraft is based off a square grid system - made it way easier than the unicorn cake we did for my 13yo last year.

Maybe I can get back to reading now? Or sleeping... 😂

Thorex This is so great, videogames really are a gateway to creative storytelling. I wish I had parents that would see and encourage that when I was a child. 6y

And while I admit sometimes the video games get to be a problem cause he ALWAYS wants to play, it‘s helped a lot with his language development for words not typically heard on a daily basis, it‘s helped him be more creative, and it‘s helped his problem solving abilities. 6y

My kid (ten years old)is home sick, so to pass the time, he wants to share a review of one of his favorite books:
“This book is very helpful to play Minecraft and it teaches you about every single block from air blocks to end stone. This will help you wether you are a lazy creative dude or a into it survival dude”
