I 💙 Harlan Coben so I have no idea why I haven‘t read this yet but I‘m reading it now. It was also a January #Roll100 that I didn‘t get to. @PuddleJumper
so-so🌟🌟🌟The twists and turns were solid. It all came together like a thousand piece puzzle. However the writing on this one was cringe-worthy. Ive read him before and he can write better than this. Hard boiled should be saved for detective novels not this.
About all my brain could handle this week! But the usual good twisty thriller from Coben. Sometimes I try and guess the most outrageous twists to see if I‘m right, but he always goes another step further!
pickFor an abridgment, I thought this was a good one. Not too choppy, and lots of twists and turns.
pick⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • This was going to get three stars but gained one more for all the twists at the end. This one is up there with Tell No One for me.
panI didn't like this novel as much as I have enjoyed other books in this genre, it tended to wander off into Will Klein (the main character in the novel) to focus on his back story , which to be honest makes that part of the book quite boring, I prefer the parts of the novel where they are actually looking and investigating into who did it.
Two of my favourite thrillers that fit with the #GoneAway theme. Thoroughly recommend these books.

#favoritetwist #favouritetwist Harlan Coben just has to be the master of the twist, love every one of his books and some twists you never see coming, and usually have twist upon twist upon twist. Remember Gone for Good in particular when I thought the book had finished and he threw in one more jaw dropping twist!
