One of the things that comes to mind when I think of #America is the Kennedy clan. I love reading about them, so I grabbed some of the books from my shelves. 11/22/63 is a favorite of mine. I haven‘t read the top two books yet. #nuyear

Despite being in the UK, here are some #presidentsday books for you. I'm midway through First Women, I finished American Wife the other week, and The Importance of Being Kennedy is from my keeper shelf - I love Laurie Graham's books and her way of weaving her characters into real life stories with sly humour but also tragedy and pathos.

Verity @Reviewsbylola it's really good - Nora is a great character to watch the Kennedys with. It's not my favourite Graham (that's Gone With the Windsors) but that may be more because I like era of the abdication crisis and have a tendency to find the Kennedy family monstrous! 8y
