I thought this was going to be “the” Winnie the Pooh book, but it wasn‘t. It was a lot of silly, childish rhymes supposedly from Christopher Robin with a very few with Winnie the Pooh. I liked 11 out of 81 poems/stories.

I'm not a huge poetry fan & wasn't going to pick this up, except then I realized it was actually my last square for #BookSpinBingo - plus I need poetry for #Booked2021 soooo...!! These poems are cute & fun & the illustrations are adorable. They didn't change my life, but were still a pleasant read.

Just saw this movie today and it was awe-dorable. I laughed and cried, and it made me feel nostalgic for childhood. If you loved Winnie the Pooh growing up, you will love this movie. I want a Pooh Bear!
Eeyore: Christopher Robin, it's you, playing again!
Christopher Robin is a delight, and Eeyore steals the show. The scene quoted above was the start of 30 minutes of happy tears. 😂
I really want all the movie #funko pops, especially the Winnie the Pooh with the balloon, but I don't have a Boxlunch near me... 😩
I received this book on my 3rd birthday in 1967. It is stained and has a few scribbles on it, but I have kept it all these years. 😍
