I know very few people who are as excited by tator tots as I am, so when i seen this book available on NetGalley I fully admit to kind of loosing my mind a little bit. I had some pretty high hopes for this book, and it did not disappoint!

3⭐️ The layout is great, colorful, and easy to understand, but there is also plenty of room left for some pictures. The pictures they have look delish, so here is hoping they add more before the the print version comes out. The recipe I am most looking forward to trying: Totapeno Poppers, and Tot stuffed mushrooms. The least appealing recipes include caviar, and devilled tots. Eweeee.
