so-soListening to this on audio was super fun because the show's narrator makes many appearances, and I liked it because I like Jane the Virgin. However, there was no creativity from the ghost writer. It's season 1 to a T except it supposedly takes places in the 1900s, which besides a reference to a corset, isn't obvious I wish there was more connection to the time period. It was a fast and entertaining read, but nothing special.
Spent a good portion of my day listening to the Jane the Virgin audiobook while assembling a new shelf! Finally got a few of my books off the floor, as well as a place for all the stuff that has been sitting in the corner of my room for like a year lol.

I wanted to like this, I really really did. I LOVE the show. It was just a bit too on the nose with the story from the show, and having the narrator thrown in really was the last nail in the coffin. That didn‘t feel like something Jane would‘ve done as a writer.

My reading has slowed down so much! I'm almost finished with this book. I'm loving it but only squeezing in a few minutes of reading each day is not cutting it!
I painted my finger nails for the first time in ages so I had to start a new ebook!
My mom gave us Amazon gift cards for Christmas. I treated myself to a few books and fun things after reaching so many of my goals for 2017!
My sister is home from New York for the holidays!! 🎄☺️ & she brought bookish gifts with her 😍📚 Such a beautiful stack.
