We had to make an unexpected vet visit today - Oakley has been very lethargic and not eating. Luckily it looks just to be a virus and some antibiotics should do the trick to help her feel better. She is very grumpy after the whole ordeal

Isabella ended up with about 5 staples to keep the wound closed. The vet suggested putting socks on her back paws to keep her from scratching at the spot. Have you ever tried to put socks on a cat, and have them stay on? Nailing jello to a tree might be easier. She is happily laying on my lap right now.

valeriegeary I wonder if a handkerchief would be easier to put on? Would it cover the wound if it's around her neck? Or a small tshirt 7y

OrangeMooseReads @valeriegeary I hadn‘t thought of that. It would be a lot easier. I could probably cut a chunk of thicker fabric and put arm holes and make a vest type thing. Thank you for the idea! 7y
